2019's ultimate wedding fairs for non-trad couples

The best way to get those creative juices flowing, check out what's fresh on the wedding scene and meet the suppliers who are nailing it all is to head on down to a wedding fair; however if you are wanting to steer clear of the 'traditional', then I've lined up a shortlist of some of the coolest, alternative wedding fairs out there this year. Keep your eyes peeled for future blog posts where I'll be offering up tips on how to get the most out of your visits, but for now enjoy having a peruse and grab those tickets whilst you can!

The Wonderous Wedding Fair

'A creative fair for the creative couple', The Vintage Parade is delivering this awesome wedding fair to Brighton on March 16th, which specialises in bringing together unique, fresh-thinking suppliers for all of your epic-wedding needs. With a fun, festival vibe and an abundance of alternative talent, this is definitely the show for anyone looking for something a little different on their day. Oh, and did I mention, Jump the Broom will be showcasing there! Make sure to stamp it in your diary and head down for a chat and some fabulous 2019 deals.

VIP tickets are only £8, and the early bird tickets (just £1.50) are available for ONE MORE DAY! Buy tickets here.

The Un-Wedding Show

Hitting Leeds, London and Birmingham this Feb, The Un-Wedding is launching it's brand-new wedding fair, aimed at couples who want to, in their words, 'Make New Traditions' and chuck out the rule book. The likes of Halo & Wren, Sabel and Spun Candy will be amongst the list of curated suppliers showcasing there, and there will be sure to be some awesome offers to get your paws on. As a member of The Un-wedding's 'Book of Love' directory I'll be popping along to Core Clapton on the 16th to soak up all the goodness, so if you see me there, come and say hi!

Tickets start from £5 in Leeds/ £7 in London and Birmingham.

The Unconventional Wedding Festival

The Unconventional Wedding Festival grabs your standard 'fair' and takes it to a whole new level; aiming to create a fun and fully immersive experience for couples whilst providing them with heaps of inspiration and advice. With themed zones creating wedding 'experiences', you can wander and visualise your day in 4D, as well as meeting the suppliers who can help you create it! Zones range from Sci-Fi to Urban and beyond, plus there's ticketed workshops AND a pop-up spa - so you can get creative and kick back whenever you like. The festival is taking place at Stanford Hall in Lutterworth this year on May 11th and 12th.

Tickets start from £15, buy them here.

Most Curious

By far one of the coolest, most stylish fairs going, Most Curious has rapidly built a name for itself as the go-to event for linking up with innovative and design-led suppliers. Taking place in both London and Norwich this March, the fairs will be showcasing brand-new and bang-on-trend talent such as Coop Couture, Dust With Cocoa and Boom Blooms - certainly not one to be missed!

Tickets from £3.50 in Norwich/ £10 in London.
